1. Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products (imli pops, aam papad, churan, etc.), we do not accept returns once the product is delivered. However, if your order meets the below conditions, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement only if:

  • The item was damaged during transit

  • You received a wrong product

  • The item is expired or spoiled upon delivery

  • The packaging is tampered or broken at the time of delivery

To be eligible, you must:

  • Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging via email at tangytales.in@gmail.com

  • Include your order number and contact details

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

  • You dislike the taste or texture

  • The product was stored improperly after delivery

  • The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • You entered the wrong shipping address

4. Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.)

  • Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
